Tyler Hamilton
General Manager
Prior to joining American PERMALIGHT®, Tyler’s served as an officer in the 173rd Airborne Infantry Brigade Combat Team in Vicenza, Italy. His military background instilled a deep passion for organizational efficiency and transformational leadership. His regular work with NATO partner forces instilled a strong proficiency in logistics and negotiation.
Tyler’s goal is to levy his experiences to make American PERMALIGHT® able to offer you, the customer, the smoothest possible experience in the photoluminescent space, from inquiry to installation.
Nikolai Wohlfahrt
General Manager
Nikolai has served as Head of Sales at American PERMALIGHT® since July 2024, overseeing sales, marketing, and product management, and was promoted to General Manager in September 2025.
Prior to joining American PERMALIGHT®, Nikolai was part of the Klaus Kroschke Gruppe, our parent company, as a Key Account Leader. His oversight of strategically important accounts fostered a deep understanding of customer needs, brand positioning, and synergistic growth strategies.
