PERMALIGHT Performance Power Vinyl This is a super high-performance photoluminescent vinyl that is non-adhesive. It comes in a roll dimension of 39-3/8 inches x 27.35 yards. The vinyl is approximately 22 mil (0.022 inches) thick, has a yellowish, matte surface, and is 22.5 times brighter than standard glow materials. It is APTA-compliant for use in passenger trains.
