PERMALIGHT High Power Vinyl is a high-performance photoluminescent vinyl with a self-adhesive backing. It comes in a roll dimension of 39-3/8 inches x 54.7 yards. The vinyl, including the liner, is approximately 18 mil (0.018 inches) thick, and the vinyl alone is approximately 12 mil (0.012 inches) thick. It has a yellow-greenish, matte surface and is 12.5 times brighter than standard glow materials. It also meets APTA “HPPL former” standards.
