Our warranty covers issues caused by manufacturing or design defects. However, it doesn’t cover damage caused by things like incorrect installation, improper cleaning, exposure to harsh chemicals, vandalism, or surface issues. How fast do glow-in-the-dark products charge?
Our products start charging within minutes of exposure to bright light. For best results, allow about 1 hour under consistent lighting at the installation site. Ideal light sources include fluorescent lights, LED, daylight/sunlight, mercury vapor, and metal halide.
Are your exit signs UL Listed?
Yes, our exit signs are UL 924 certified. This certification verifies they meet the recognized standards for emergency lighting and exit signage, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance in an emergency.

How long will your glow-in-the-dark signs last?
When properly installed and maintained, our signs are built to last decades. Some of our high-performance products can last up to 30 years without needing replacement.
